Legal Question in Family Law in California
Missing Kids
I was (am) married to a US citizen. My wife and I have 2 children of dual citizenship both by virtue me being a Filipino and my wife being an American. (Both kids were born in the Philippines. However, my wife took both children to the United States back in 1999 and have kept them away from me eversince. I have not been able to make contact as she has changed phone numbers and has not responded to ny other form of communication including registered mail and courier services. I would like to know what possible options do I have if I want to get custody or even just some kind of recognition. I do miss my kids terribly. The last time I saw the youngest was when he was only 3 months old. Anyting you can do to help, please!

Re: Missing Kids
Normally I try to give a person with a question some type of answer or point them in a direction to find an answer. However, in your situation, if you are serious about maintaining your parental rights, you are going to need to hire an attorney here in the U.S.(California?). There are some serious issues to deal with in a situation as yours.
If you would like to speak with me regarding your matter, I would be happy to talk with you.
Good Luck,

NOW, IN RESPONSE TO YOUR INQUIRY --
First you need to locate your wife and kids. Then you file a lawsuit for custody and/or visitation in the county where they are living. You'll need to hire an experienced family law attorney who practices in that county.
