Mistress,Cohabiting,
What legal recourse,10 years of living togather, bills,leases,live in may still be married bigamy is starting to surfice, were engaged to me,What legal action can be taken, palimony or is that only for the rich????

A palimony suit is available for any individual in your position. The cost of such a law suit is so high that it is worthwhile only if large sums of money are available. You should consult a family law attorney in your area and discuss the facts with that attorney. Then determine whether the potential amount is sufficient to justify the cost of suing.
