Legal Question in Family Law in California

re: modification of child custody/support

my ex recently served me with papers as he wants 100% physical custody and wants me to now pay him child support. he admits he has no evidence of me being a bad or neglectful mom. he admitted to the mediator i take care of the boys with respect to care, school, medical, sports etc...but last year I did unfortunately have to do 90 days in county jail for theft and because of that he wants full custody and support. Custody now is 80% (me) and 20% him. I can prove his job history and living history since our divorce is very erratic and unstable. Bottom line, I agreed to a parenting plan that would be about 55% (me) and 45% (him) as I provide the more stable home where we have all lived 11 years. Can he actually get full custody and can I be ordered to pay him support for that one mistake? Thank you

If you both agreed to the " parenting plan that would be about 55% (me) and 45% (him)" then that should be the court order. Contact me directly.
