modification of child support from exwife to motherlaw

i need the form to file in court to pay child support to my mother-in-law that is raising my son the mother is not raising my son my son do not live with her she is in Indiana my son is in Florida with her mother i have school records-medical records-and all the money order receipts from where i was sending the money to where my son was living she come to California and file with the district attorney for child support to be paid to her in Indiana where she live the divorce was file in california,the district attorney said that i need to file in court for modication
