If a court has rendered a custody and visitation order regarding your minor daughter and the mother is not complying with that order (assuming she can do so), then the mother is in violation of that court order. If there is no resolving this matter any other way than through court involvement, then your solution would be to file a contempt of court order (violation of court order) hearing. This type of hearing would bring the violation before the court's attention and the mother could face possible financial and other consequences as a result of her choices to not allow you to see your daughter. Of course, the contempt procedure is not easy to move forward and to bring to a successful conclusion. For this reason, it is important that you consult and, if possible, retain an experienced attorney in the area of family law who can inform you of your rights and responsibilities in these specialized procedures. What you described is child concealment which is a crime. Please contact your local authorities and where the child resides to file a complaint and have them pursue police remedies in your behalf.
