Legal Question in Family Law in California

How do you modify an existing child support order if both parents are in agreement to what the modification is. Also, how do you garnish child support from the fathers trust fund? He does not work and lives off the trust.

You write a stipulation and submit it along with your motion to modify. Trusts are tricky but you probably would likely get a garnishment of the dispersement/payments from the trust.
