Modify marital settlement agreement

Is there a statue of limitations on taking my x-husband back to court for modification of marital settlement agreement?

That depends on what you want to modify. Generally the only issues that are modifiable are support and custody issues, for which there is no statute of limitations, except that no modification can be retroactive. If you wish to set aside the agreement, yes there is a statute of limitations. You will need to talk to an attorney about that type of modification, because it is difficult. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
