Legal Question in Family Law in California

When should I modify spousal support?

My marriage was thirteen years. I filed for divorce in Sept. 1996 at which time temporary spousal and child support (3 kids) was ordered. Divorce granted in July 1998.

In March 2001, spousal was increased (ex quit her job). She's worked part time (2 half days per week) since and ''rents'' from her parents.

I've paid her like a clock every two weeks for nearly seven years. At what point should I have the spousal support reviewed? Don't wish to challenge the child support--love my kids and share joint custody (60/40). When does she start to support herself? Kids in school (age 9,11,15) and after school care as well.
