Modify support

I currently recieve childsupport for my son. He will be turning age18 in a few months. He will be attending college, Will Childsupport continue / What is my right for help from his father to help pay for college..... Thank you

Re: Modify support

Child support terminates upon age 18 unless the child is still a fulltime high school student, in which case it continues to graduation from HS or age 19, whichever occurs first.

Your ex is not obligated under law to contribute to college expenses.
