How do i modify my visitaion rights. i what to see my kids more than every other weekend. they aer 12 and 11 yrs.

If the other parent is agreeable, you can just do it. If you think they may agree now but go back on it, you can file a stipulated order for the new custodial plan. If the other parent will not go along, then you have to file and OSC re: modification of custody and support.
