Modify Visitation Orders
What forms do I need to file while asking for a motion to change/modify a prior visitation order. How can I get the judge to request drug testing for the other parent while not looking like Im trying to be maliscious. He has priors for paraphanalia and is spiralling - he literally stole the kids birthday money for dope. He also pays no support whatsoever pocketing money under the table. HELP!

You need to present evidence of his drug use and other misconduct. The fact that he took the children's birthday money to buy drugs is an indication if his placing drugs ahead of the welfare of the children. The manner in which the evidence is presented to the court will have an affect on how the court responds to the information.
