Legal Question in Family Law in California

Modifying chils support

I have 2 daughters 12 and 17. My 17 year old will turn 18 in October She will not graduate high-school until June of 2000. I am remarried and do daycare in my home. When modifying child support does my husbands income count. How can I find out how much child support my exhusband has to pay without using an attorney?

Child support continues to graduation from HS or age 19, whichever occurs first.

Your new husband's income does not count for support, but only for taxes. It would count for support if you are depressing your income because his income allows you to do so.

What is your income, what is your ex's income, how often is he with each child (percentage of time)?
