modifying spousal support
my ex is young,pretty,smart,& capable,the court ordered her to seek work over a yr ago weve gone thru all proceedings except for final settlement ,and sign off ,9,1/2yr marriage w/53-47%physical cust. arrangement.i,m supposed to pay her spousal support for 5 yrs can it be modified if shes now {AND HAS BEEN BUT NOW I CAN PROVE IT} living w/her boyfriend,we havent signed off on final agreement.I am fine w/child support but cant stand having to pay an able bodied woman who chose to leave. Any suggestions?

If the evidence you are refering to is the testimony of one of your children, you should forget it. The emotional damage that will be done to the child is not worth the money you will save. Placing a child in the position of testifying against a parent is extremely unfair.
If you have information that does involve a child, then file a motion for modification of spousal support.
