Legal Question in Family Law in California

Mom (me) moved to City in same County. Dad agreed to the change in the childrens school. New school is 12 miles from old school. Dad wants me to pay him for gas money between old and new school. Equates to $90/month in 'added' gas expense because I moved and he drives kids to school twice a week.

Do I need to pay him? Should I offer to split expense?

No child support goes either way. I pay approx. $150/month in agreed to extra-cirricular activites for children...dad says he can't afford to pay half (though said 'would like to').

Thank you!

If you don't have an order regarding support and expenses, which it sounds like you don't if he pays for nothing, you have no obligation to pay him anything.
