Legal Question in Family Law in California

Mom stroke

Mom lived with me indepndantly. She had direct deposit for her disability checks that were a little over $600 a month. She paid me $200 to $300 in rent depending how much she wanted for her personal expenses. She some times wanted $300 and sometimes she wanted $400. Her modo was spend it all. She had a stroke in September that left her partly paralized on her right side and she lost most of her vision. I had a meeting with my siblings (l0 of them) and asked for help taking care of mom be cuase I work 70 to 75 hrs wk. So they agreed to help. The sister/husband decided that they wanted to take care of her full time. I thought it was a bessing but they had other plans. There plan that I did not know at the time was to buy a place and move our mom with them. They got a not from the dr that she was unable to take care of her finances and they got all the funds transfered to them. My sister/husband want the sosical services to investigae moms financies and sue me. I do not have reciepts nor bank statements. I closed the account cuz I no longer need it. I had it for mom. Is there anything I can do to protect myself from them. I know that I do not have any of moms money. I followd momes wishes. she did not want any money left.
