Legal Question in Family Law in California
mom wants visitation out of state
I have primary physical custody of my son and my wife has visitation she moved from Ca.to S.C.. She has implied that she will not bring him back after visitation. What can I do to either keep her from taking him or getting him back when she refuses to return him.

If your arrangements are in a court order, she may be in contempt and may be subject to severe penalty. Have order reviewed by an attorney and follow his/her advise.

You should have your present custody orders evaluated by an experienced family law lawyer to determine if they need to be modified. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!
