Can I get my money from my ex?

I have a judge signed divorce agreement stating that my ex is financially responsible for the home we owed together. He was supposed to sell or refinance the home and then I was to receive $5000. Since then he has done neither and is now delinquent in the payments. Do I have any recourse to get the money he owes me? And do I have any recourse in fixing my credit that he has now ruined?

probably not. if he was ordered to sell or refinance by a time certain and he failed to do so, you can bring a contempt action against him.
