Legal Question in Family Law in California

Monitor

Is it possable to get a different monitor appointed for visitations? The one that we have at the moment seems to have a conflict with my family, or so it appeares. If so, where do I start? Thank you.

Re: Monitor

Find someone willing to be a monitor (relative, friend, clergy person, etc.) and see if that is acceptable to the other parent. If they don't have a good reason to go along with your choice you can file a motion in court saying why you want the change.
