Legal Question in Family Law in California

mortgage default on community property

In our marital settlement agreement, my ex-husband and i agreed that he would stay in the house and make all of the payments. I would sign a quit claim when he buys me out in three years. We hold title as H and W as joint tenants. Our divorce is final now, and i recently found out that he is behind on the mortgage payments. Do i have any legal way of having him removed from the home if he isn't keeping up with the payments as agreed?
