Legal Question in Family Law in California

Mother abducts child for fraud, from Guardian

I have temperary guardianship don't have permenent yet.

Mother signed consent of guardian, nomination and waiver of notice. Mother said she wanted to visit with child for a few days, didn't bring her back. Found out that she signed up for emergency welfare in a different county a day before she came. I called the police they are trying to find her. I need to know does this action of hers cancel out her signing consent of guardian. I don't know what my next step should be. I go to court first part of Feb.

Re: Mother abducts child for fraud, from Guardian

Your next step would be to procede with the guardianship. Her conduct is not likely to be well received by the court. This conduct will strengthen your position.
