Can the mother of my child move and take my child far away?

It depends on what your custody order states. If she has full custody of your child and you don't have visitation, then she can take the child. If you don't have a custody order, then you both have equal rights to the child and she can take the child out of state. However, if you have visitation, she can't interfere with that right without a court order.
