If the mother of my kids fled the state and put me on child support do I have any rights to them. She has 6 other children who were taken from her and when the social worker released the kids to me after being born she left with them and will not allow me to know anything about them. what can I do.

You have a legal right, and a moral obligation, to see your children and be part of their lives. You can file a case in your county superior court to have a custody and visitation plan put in place, and if she doesn't follow it you can have the children brought back to you by the sheriff's.

None of that is easy, it wont happen without a lot of work on your part. But I would start by suggesting that you read my book, A Man's Guide To Child Custody, available on Amazon.com and on my website, http://www.MensFamilyLaw.com as an e-book download.
