Legal Question in Family Law in California

Mother lost parental rights. Brother and wife adopted her child. Brother and wife unfit parents. Could adoption be reversed and parental rights be reinstated to bio mom if she is stable now? If so, how?

Who is making the allegation of unfitness on the part of the adopted parents? Also your question does not indicate how old the child was at the time of the adoption and how old the child is at this point in time. It is very difficult to get adoptions reversed. A better focus would be on establishing a good relationship with the child so that once he or she is an adult, further repair work on the relationship can be established. For now, I would not be very encouraging about a reversal of the adoption unless some very extreme circumstances could be established as a matter of law.
