Legal Question in Family Law in California

Mother given right to move to New Mexico.

Father given visitation schedule. Mother decides to move back to San Diego and refuses to notify the court or change the visitation schedule which is impossible to enforce being it is under the assumption she lives in New Mexico, not San Diego. Isnt this a change of circumstance requiring her to enter into a new visitation schedule?

Re: Mother given right to move to New Mexico.

You should file for a motion to modify custody based upon the attempted kidnapping of your child by not informing you of the move. A family law facilitator in your court house can help you do it yourself

Good luck, as always please contact a lawyer in your area before taking legal action.
