Legal Question in Family Law in California

My mother kept the TV and computer she gave me when I was a minor, when she evicted me after I became 18. Do they legally belong to her or to me?

They belong to you. Gifts like this are not revocable unless they are considered gifts causa mortis, which is when someone gives a gift with the belief that they are going to die.
