Legal Question in Family Law in California

if i mothers parental rights are terminated in CA. and the children grow up for years without her, what does she have to do to get children back? besides file an appeal. does she need a job a house that can fit them? also is it easy to get visitation rights if your parenthood as been terminated.

If her parental rights have truly been terminated, she is no longer considered the mother of the child/children. That means that she has no rights whatsoever. If the children reach 18 and decide that they want to try and find her, and/or have a relationship with her, they can certainly do so, but she will still have no rights.
