mothers right to reunify with child

cps took my new born baby into protective custody at birth and placed with my mother. accussed of having methamphetimine in her system, which it has turned out she did not. 18 month reveiw hearing is set for August 8th. the departments reccomendation is for her to be placed with the father. who has since been arressted and charged with sales of methamphetimene. how can I prevent this from happening. I have done what they have asked and I paid for everything, the rehabs, the parenting classes, the other classes required.

You need to retain a good attorney to fight for your rights to your child. If what you say is true than CPS does not have a very good case against you and that will have to be proven in Court!!
