Motion to Compel or Affidavit for Contempt

I have several court orders and want to know whether to file a Motion to Compel or Affadavit for Contempt for each:

1. ex does not pay child support per the order

2. ex will not pay child's tax filing fee per the order

3. ex will not provide trust fund K-1s for income assessment per the order

Re: Motion to Compel or Affidavit for Contempt

Filing an OSC In Re Contempt will require you to prove beyond reasonable doubt that there was a valid court order, the he had knowledge of the court order, that he had the ability to comply with the order, and that he violated the court orders. Retaining an attorney to assist would be advisable. The county in which you reside has a department of child support services should enforce the child support orders for you.
