Legal Question in Family Law in California
motion for consideration
During my custody suit I signed mediation paperwork that I did not agree with. I had waived my rights because I felt pressured. I then filed a declaration before going to court date stating that I did not agree with what I signed and I listed what I wanted. When I went to court the judge would not change anything and said I waived my rights. However the mediation work also said that transportation and my sons school breaks would be decided by the courts but they did not bring this up in court. I was told I would need to file a motion for consideration but I am not sure where to get this form or how I should fill it out. I need to know if this is an additional cost.

Re: motion for consideration
There is a filing fee for a motion for reconsideration. You can find forms in a law library.
