How do I initiate this on my own? I am Pro-Per.

Initiating a motion to quash a supoena can be kind of tricky of you are in pro per, especially given the fact that the limits of discovery are very broad.

file a motion to quash the subpoena.
you'd do the same thing as an attorney.
try to find a form at a law library.
