Legal Question in Family Law in California

Move away

I went to court in June, and our Judge would not decrease the father's support.A week after our hearing, the non-custodial parent said he lost his job.In the 2 1/2 months this man has been unemployed, he refused to have the kids stay at home with him, which would have saved me the stress and financial hardship of trying to make ends meet by coming up with the money to pay the daycare bill, which is $854/mo for two kids. This man is clearly showing contempt. He also has neglected to keep ''one on one visitation'' with our daughter-( whom he has refused to bond with,) also ordered by the Judge in June.He still picks the kids up for visitation, and never says one word to me about his working status.I suspect he has been working under the table this whole time, as he also must pay rent. Our Judge is very wise, but he seems to favor fathers, and I am scared he will over look the gross negligence this man has demonstrated, and tell me I cannot move out of state, which I feel I need to do, because of the low costs of living in other states. I do have plenty of family that would help me in another state. What is the best way to plead this case?

Re: Move away

If you have to leave California for good reasons i.e. employment ...... then the custodial-parent can move. I suggest that you consult an attorney in your area.
