Legal Question in Family Law in California

ex trying to move my daughter to a different state

My ex wife recently got married and all of the sudden is wanting to move my daughter to Oregon with her new huband, that I don't even know. I live in California and I said no, can she still move her without my consent?

She can if you don't do anything about it, unless there's an order that says she can't take your daughter out of California. You need to file an Order to Show Cause to stop the move.

She can move. The question is whether she can take your daughter. That will be up the judge.
