Move away

My daughter's father and I attend

mediation in two weeks and we both

know an agreement will not be

reached. His attorney threatened a

730 evaluation if they don't get what

they want from the mediator. If the

court rules that I can move out of

state with my daughter and he then

requests a 730, can I move or do I

have to wait for the evaluation to be

complete? How long would it take?

It is easy to say that it will be months but how many months depends on the evaluator, the county and the judge. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
