Would like to move

My husband left me, my daughter and took everything in our house with him to Arizona i just wanted to know if i could move to a different city in california and start the divorce there

Moving to a city in another county would delay filing a petition for dissolution of marriage. You must have lived in the county in which you file your petition. There is nothing to prevent your moving to another city. However, you should notify your husband of your new address and telephone number.
