What happens if defendent doesn't show to mediation? and what if he doesn't show to court date? Is defendent required to move out on the court date? or when?

Re: move out order, child custody

If the respondent does not show up for his scheduled appearances, then the court will only hear the side of the story of the one who appears, and probably give the appearing party what they are asking for. Courts usually do not order a person to move out of their home unless there is an allegation of domestic violence. A restraining order would have to be sought and granted for the court to order a person to move out of their home.
