If father has a judgment that he is the father, he could contact the district attorney's office and request help locating you. Keeping a child from a parent is a crime in California. You must either obtain a written agreement that you can move or a court order allowing you to move. If you cannot afford to consult with an attorney then contact the local family court and ask if they have a family law clinic.
