can you move out of state with your minor child,?

Can take a vacation out of state with a minor and the minor wants to go, then you return.

Out of state is OK as long as there is no court order against it -- if there is a pending case that has not gone to judgment, there is an automatic restraining order against taking the child out of state without the written consent of the other party, or a court order. If there is a judgment, unless the judgment restricts it, it's OK.
