Legal Question in Family Law in California

I want to move with my 14 year old daughter and her father said "you need my permission to move stop child support and you can have my permission." Can i fight that? I will drop child support if he drops his rights to her.

You need to talk to a family law attorney in person. Mr. White is right. You do not have to give up child support to move. You do not need his permission if it is a good faith move for a good reason. The court will allow you to move and order his support to continue, maybe even increase.
