Legal Question in Family Law in California

how to move 10 yr old from MI to CA to live with father.

I live in Michigan. I will be giving full parental custody to his father, when I send our 10 yr old son to live in CA with him by x-mas. I need to know what needs to be done with friend of the court, and, in general, just what paperwork I need to do for school for the move so it can be completed quickly ad in time for school to start back in January.

Just enter an order transferring custody to the father and allowing removal of the child to California. When the judge signs it, you're all set. William S. Stern
