Since the Nevada courts continue to have jurisdiction, however, you need to ask this question of a Nevada attorney. The Nevada courts will have to be petitioned to surrender jurisdiction. You then file the grant of that order in a new proceeding in California to open the case here. Until you have the Nevada side done, however, there is nothing that can be done in California.
