i moved out due to my wife and a roomate getting sexualy involved in front of my nine yr son. Now they are keeping him from me by changing the house # and putting locks on there gate so i can not drop by to see him and she will not give me the house # only her cell and it always gose to voice mail I get to see him for a weeknd verytwo week when I go and pick him up from school Can she do this to me we have no court pappers and have not filed any thing ?

Yes, she can do anything she wants UNTIL you file court papers and get an order for visitation. Until there is an order, she is doing nothing illegal.
