Moved out of state

My-ex wife got sole custody then she moved to new jersey with someguy she meet on the internet my question is the stipulation she signed says i am allowed to pick up my two sons twice a week and call twice a week when she signed the sitpulation she said there was no change circumstances a week to two weeks later she moved i filled an o.S.C to try and stop her but her just lied and said there was no change of circumstances so they throwed it out what can i do now

You need to refile the OSC but this time get some proof that she did move.
