Moving out of California

I am trying to move out of the state with my two children, my ex husband is trying to keep me here, I already have a better paying job in the new state and so does my husband, our children have health related problems and need to move to a dryer climate, how can I move.

Have an attorney review your prior orders for custody and visitation, but you may need to file an OSC for a move-away order.
