Legal Question in Family Law in California

Moving and i want to change my child support

I am moving from CA to AR. My income level will drop 50%. Most people make $8-$10 there. We are moving because we want to be closer to my parents. I currently have a daughter from my 1st wife and I have 20% vistition. Is there any way the courts will lower my child support so I can still pay her but still have enought to pay rent and food. I want to have my daughter for the summers and vacations. She is only 3.
