Legal Question in Family Law in California

Moving Children Out of State from CA to NV

I'm planning on relocating my children and I from CA to NV to live with my fiance. The order establishes Joint Legal Custody with me having Primary Physical Custody. What are my legal rights? Can I move with my children or must I file an Intent to Move with the courts? At first the father was fine with the move and agreed to work out visitation outside the courts. Now he is fighting it.

Re: Moving Children Out of State from CA to NV

First you must read your order. If moving violates the order, then you must seek a modification of that order.
