moving out the country
I have joint legal and physical (primary) of our 2 children 12 & 9, I have been offer a great job opportunity in Argentina, there is a chilp support order in which he (dad) does not pay, and his visitations are every other weekend in which he does pick up the children. What are the chances of me being able to move since I am the children main source of income? Is there a way that I can arrange for the children to come out on vacation once a year? is this something that is dueable?

You can legally move any time you desire. However, you would need to bring a motion in court seeking modification of the current custody order. Barring any passport or international issues, the court should allow you to continue to have joint custody. Whether you will be able to get a court order giving you primary custody while in Argentina is another issue. But even if you do not get primary custody, you should still be able to have the children in Argentina with you at least part of the year.
