moving my son out of state
I am married but my husband is having an affair. Can i move our 2 yr old son to Arizona with out his permission before any papers for divorce or legal seperation are filed? I need to be with my family there.

Right now there are no court orders preventing you from leaving the state with the children. Leaving now may not keep you out of a two state custody battle.
