Legal Question in Family Law in California

Moving to another state

I have 88% custody of our daughter in California, my former spouse lives in Texas. Because of my health not doing so good, I would like to return to our hometown in Florida? Will a judge allow that?

Yes. You may or may not need to seek a court order though. Look at your court orders and see what they say. I don't see why your moving to FL from CA with former spouse remaining in TX would change the current schedule.
