Moving out of the state

I have been divorsed for 5yrs my husband and I share joint custody but they live with me. I am engaged my fiance just got promoted to vice president for hersey co. in mailoha hawaii. Need to know how I go about relocating through the courts.

You need to obtain the written agreement of the father or you will need to file a motion requesting consent of the court to move. This is not a simple matter and you should have an experienced custody attorney. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
