Moving out of state

I am in the middle of a divorce. I am considering moving to another state. I have 2 children. The oldest will probably stay with his father and I would like to take the youngest with me. How would child support work( he will have to pay $500 for both) and what do I need to do to make this move happen?

Your question indicates that you have not completed your divorce and there is at least a potential dispute as to custody and child support. You need to get some help that is beyond what I can give you in this way. Many attorneys will offer a free 1/2hour consultation or look for the low-fee program in your county and pay for some advice. If you can afford an attorney's regular rates for a couple of hours you can just get advice. You should not plan to move until you get the OK from the court. To get that you either have to have an agreement or there needs to be a hearing. At attorney can help you either way.
